= 24 + 3.1 - 44 - 8.2 + 63

= 87 + 3.1 - 44 - 8.2

= 43 + 3.1 - 8.2

= 43 + 3.1 - 3.1 - 5.1

= 43 - 5.1

= 43 - 3 - 2.1

= 40 - 2.1

= 37.9
