The mughal empire was founded by BABUR,Zahir-ud-din Muhammad Babur ,a conqueror from Central Asia who, following a series of setbacks, finally succeeded in laying the basis for the Mughal dynasty in the Indian Subcontinent and became the first Mughal emperor.
