slope intercept form is y=mx+b
m=slope
b=y intercept
since the line passes throguth the origin (0,0) the y intercept is 0
y=mx+0
y=mx

slope is found by rise divided by run

we notice that it passes through point (2,3) and also passed through (0,0)
so it went 2 units up for every 3 units traveled to the right so the slope is 2/3

y=2/3x
