Well, there were more than three major Mexican Civilizations:
The oldest ones were the Olmecs, which also are thought to have influenced all the later civilizations.
Then a big civilization was the Teotihuacans. Temporary to them were the Mayas, but in a different location.
The Toltec civilization came later.
Finally, until the arrival of Europeans, the Aztec civilization was dominating Mesoamerica.
