29, 38, 47, 56, 65, 74, 83, 92 

56 is the only one that is divisible by both 4 and 7.

All 2 numbers that add = 11 are:
29, 92, 38, 83, 47, 74, 56, 65.
And only 56 can divide evenly into 4 and 7.
56 ÷ 4= 14
56 ÷ 7 = 8
