5/6 is your answer as a fraction and as a decimal it is: 1.166666667 or rounded up to 2 d.p. its 1.17. This is because 2/3 means 2 ÷ 3 which is 0.6666667 and 1/2 mean 1 ÷ 2 which is 0.5. If you add these together you get 1.16666667.
