The FCC will most likely penalize someone who violated against regulations involving the obscenity, indecency, and profanity. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) prohibits that things with these types of contents be broadcast on the TV or even in the radio. Although, currently, the objectivity of the judgment on these content remains an issue to the viewing and listening public.
