well there would be an over population of flies for one and then because there are so many flies the predator that consumed the flies would increase drastically because of the amount of food readily available. The predator that ate the frog would decrease say a coyote. And then the predator that ate the coyote would decrease which would then impact the that predator and so on and so forth.
