You tell them in person. Say to the person that you are truly sorry and make sure you DO NOT make the same mistake again.. It could cost you a lot if you break that promise .
U should go talk to that person in private and say sorry u can also make her/him a card so they would be proud of u.And remember to say i will never do this again i promise.Well i hope that helps :)
