You've got a formula. If the two endpoints are [tex]A(x_A,y_A)[/tex] and [tex]A(x_B,y_B)[/tex], then the length is [tex]\sqrt{(x_B-x_A)^2+(y_B-y_A)^2}[/tex]. The result is [tex]\sqrt{16+25}=\sqrt{41}[/tex].
