Just by looking at the number with no real adding just estimating its around 4 1/2 pounds of cold meats. Though if you added them up properly you would need to get common denominators. you change 1 1/2 to 1 4/8 then add it all up, the total is 2 18/8 which is equal to 4 2/8, then you just simplify to 4 1/4.
