The charge on the conductor is +24 μC,  since the charge is positive, same amount of charge but it will be negative.

That is - 24 μC.

To know the number of electrons, we know that the charge of an  electron =
-1.6 * 10^-19 C.

=    - 24 μC / (-1.6 * 10^-19 C)

=  (-24 * 10^-6) / (-1.6 * 10^-19 C)      Use your calculator

=  15 * 10^13

=  1.5 * 10 ^14  Electrons.
