182.886 The 2nd 8 after the decimal would be the hundredths place. Look to your right and if the number next to it is lower than a five then it stays the same without the 6 for example 182.88 but since the 6 is bigger then a 5 the 8 would round up to a nine 182.89 I hope this helped.
