It means to have energy. Every dance move should have an impact on the people watching. Every dance step should have the same amount of energy, if you lack strength and energy, you'll end up looking lazy

Strength in dance means to have a curtain amount of flexability or to hold a prssition for a long time. Hope I helped and it is correct as I do GCSE dance.
