Abigail is incorrect because 1/4 can be made into 4/5
1/4, 2/4, 3/4,(4/5 is here) 4/4

Gavin's statement makes sense as 1/6 * 3 = 3/6
But Abigail's statement is incorrect because 1/4 * any whole no. is not equal to 4/5
Hence Gavin is right.
