2/3 = 66.66%  

So look at 67% and 66.66% and which do you think is bigger?


67% obviously, although you could round 66.66% to get 67% and they would be equal. Although I don't think that is the case.

but 67% is that much better it is 0.67
But without rounding it 67% is bigger.
