[tex]y = 5(2 x^{ \frac{1}{2} } + 1)[/tex]

[tex]y = 5(2 x^{ \frac{1}{2} }) + 5(1)[/tex]

[tex]y = 10 x^{ \frac{1}{2} } + 5[/tex]
