There wasnt really any effect , since their civilization has something to do with the nile river , nothing should really effect their crops. if there were floods , they probably had to regrow their crops because it wouldve destroyed their crops and scatter it everywhere also the sun couldve overheat the crops and burn it so they have to be more careful with the crops.
