x*y=170, y=170/x
54-x=170/x
54x-x^2-170=0
x^2-54x+170=0

x=27(+/-)root559
x+y=3.35+50.65=54
x*y=3.35*50.65=170m
Dimensions are 3.35m and 50.65m
