(x-y)^2-(x+y)^2= -20
x^2-2xy+y^2-(x^2 + 2xy + y^2)= -20
x^2 -2xy +y^2 -x^2 -2xy -y^2= -20
-4xy= -20
xy = -20/ -4
xy = 5
