we have to find LCD (lowest common denominator)
in this case it will be 60 i think
[tex] 0.5=\frac{1}{2}=\frac{30}{60}[/tex]
[tex]0.65= \frac{65}{100} =\frac{13}{20}= \frac{39}{60} [/tex]
[tex]\frac{2}{3}=\frac{40}{60} [/tex]
[tex] \frac{3}{5}=\frac{36}{60}[/tex]

now it should be easy

[tex]\frac{40}{60}>\frac{39}{60}>\frac{36}{60}>\frac{30}{60}[/tex]

so:

[tex]\frac{2}{3}>0.65>\frac{3}{5}>0.5[/tex]
