Using a world map, or an African map, you can see that Niger, Chad and Central African Republic are located more or less in the center of Africa, they do not posses coast. An you can see that Guinea has coast in the Atlantic Ocean; the Atlantic Ocean is one of its borders. Then the answer is Guinea.
