Which approach do you think is more effective in fighting discrimination self improvement or the courts ? Explain .

In my opinion, self improvement is a much better way of solving because there is a lot of discrimination and the courts participate in a little bit of that. Also it would take a much longer time to appeal to the courts than to try to just make yourself a little bit better.
