The two organ systems that process nutrients and provide energy materials are digestive and respiratory. Respiratory uses oxygen and processes it and CO2 in order to produce energy while the digestive system processes food that was ingested and drinks and takes nutrients from it that are used to create ATP which is essentially energy.
