It is not a function
Reasons:
1. It has 6 repeated in the x(domain) column. You can't have the same domain because that would mean they would be on the same line which wouldn't make it not a function
2. It also wouldn't be a function because in the y column the pattern goes +1, + 2, + 1. In order for it to be a function it has to only have one pattern.
For example, if you put 6,7,8,9 then that would be a function since, you are only adding by 1
