Log8 base 6  + Log27 base 6.

When you have a plus, you multiply. That is the law of logarithm.

=  Log (8 * 27)  base 6.

= Log 216 base 6.

= Log (6^3) base 6.

= 3* Log 6 base 6.  Law of logarithm. Log of a number to same number of base = 1.

= 3 * 1 = 3.
