To multiply fractions you do cross multiplication like so...
You take the two numerators 3 and 2 and multiply which is 6
then you take the two denominators 5 and 7 and multiply them which is 35
so your answer would be 6/35

Yes I think it is because if you do in a calculator it is 0.17142857142
