Hello there! It's actually Taoism not Daoism 
Taoism and Confucianism differ because:
Taoism doesn't believe everyone is equal
Confucianism believes that one should be respective to their elders
Taoism is spiritual while Confucianism are social
Confucianism has rituals
Taoism has no rituals
