with vaporization, think of hot water, at a point it starts to boil and steam is created. that's water vapor then it dissipates. With evaporation, think of rain, whewn it rains, the grouns doesn't soak it all up, It goes through the cycle. clouds, rain, evaporation, clouds again. does that make scene?
