The best thing to do is to find 1%, and you can do this by dividing 198 by 100. 198/100= 1.98. This is 1%, you've then got to multiply this by 1.5, nd this gives you 2.97
You then subtract 2.97 from 198, and this gives you 195.03
Therefore, the result is 195.03
