p²-n²=12

Therefore:

(p+n)(p-n)=12

Therefore:

p-n=12/(p+n)

If p=4 and n=2

p>n>0 as 4>2>0

4-2=12/(4+2)

As:

2=12/6

So:

p=4 and n=2.
