How would you describe the tone of bolded words

Well I feel that bolded words don't exactly have a TONE, but is kind of like SHOUTING out at you and is trying to give you information.

I used bold to make "information" stand out so you can be like "OH! this person is trying to say that the TONE of bolded words is to give people INFORMATION!"
