Surface area of cylinder = 2πrh+2πr²
Volume of cylinder = 2πr²×h
So:
75 = 2πr²×3
12.5 = πr²
r = 1.99(471140201)

A = 2
π×1.99×3+2π×1.99²
   = 62.39(265842) ft²
