Area of building:

60*40 = 2400 ft²

Total plot area = Area of building + Area of parking lot

A = 12,000 ft² + 2,400 ft² = 14,400 ft²

Area of each side of the square plot of land (s) = √14,400 ft²

s = 120 ft

Plot of land = 120 ft × 120 ft
