first u get both sides to match in varibles .........so factor in the 2 .....2*4m =8m... and 2*-5=-10 ... which gives u 8m-10
now u have 3m-10=8m-10
next get the same varibles on the same side
3m-10=8m-10
-3m
-10=5m-10
same thing for other side
-10=5m-10
+10
0=5m
